THERE IS NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAKE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
This Sweepstakes is powered and administered by SQWAD Sports Inc. (“Sqwad” or the “Administrator”) on behalf of Sponsor and is accessible via https://sqwad.win (the “Platform” or “Website”). To participate in the Sweepstakes, You must agree to the Sqwad Terms of Use. By creating and using a Sqwad account, You are further required to read and agree to the Sqwad Terms of Use.
For the avoidance of doubt, Sqwad administers and provides the Platform for the Sweepstakes, but is not the sponsor for the Sweepstakes. As a legal requirement for participating in this Sweepstakes as an entrant (“Entrant” or “You”), You hereby agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules (the “Official Rules” or “Rules”) which form a legal contract by and between You and Sponsor. If You do not agree and consent to these Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes or use the Platform. Participation constitutes Your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning and receiving the Prize (as defined in Section 5) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes begins at or about 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on May 1, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Pacific Time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Administrator’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open only to: (i) legal residents of the state of Nevada or Utah who are of eligible age to participate in their jurisdiction and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry; (ii) not a person barred from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) at all times abide by these Official Rules. Individuals may be asked to provide documentation verifying eligibility.
Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, any other Raiders Entities (as defined in Section 6) and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entity/Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members” means those people who share the same residence as any Sweepstakes Entity for at least three (3) months during a given year. "Immediate Family Members” means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses of any Sweepstakes Entity. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of any Sweepstakes Entities are also not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by visiting the Website and doing the following:
Visit https://sqwad.win/raidersexperience (specified “Sweepstakes Landing Page”) and complete a Sweepstakes entry form, which requires the following information and affirmative actions from each Entrant:
Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By submitting a completed form, Entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same email, the authorized subscriber of the email at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address or social media account by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the social media account in question.
All automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. All entries by Entrants must be made manually by such Entrants. Any attempt by an Entrant to submit multiple entries by using multiple/different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void such Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any Prize is subject to the eligibility verification of these Official Rules. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period in order to participate.
4. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING.
On or about May 3, 2024, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period (the “Random Drawing”). The winner is considered a potential winner (“Potential Winner”) pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE.
Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, the one (1) Potential Winner will receive the followings items:
(collectively, the “Prize”). All tickets are revocable licenses, which are subject to applicable terms and conditions, and all dates, seatings, groupings, and locations associated with the Prizes will be provided in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total ARV of the Prize to be awarded as part of the Sweepstakes is $6,040. The ARV for the Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. If the actual retail value of the Prize is less than or greater than the stated ARV, the Winner will not receive the difference.
6. PRIZE CONDITIONS.
No more than one (1) Prize will be awarded. A Potential Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor or Sqwad, whose decisions are final. A Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by a Prize winner. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the appropriate authorities. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater estimated value if a Prize item described in these Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right to the determine if and how the Prize will be delivered to the Prize winner. The Prize may be delivered to the Prize Winner by e-mail, regular mail, United Postal Service or courier such as Federal Express or any other delivery method at Sponsor’s discretion. Type of delivery service will be at sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor estimates that Prize delivery will take 6-8 weeks for delivery after Winner’s verification. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize. Sponsor assumes no liability for non-deliverability.
In the event that the Sweepstakes is cancelled or postponed by Sponsor for any reason whatsoever, the ARV of the Prize will be awarded to the extent required by law. Sponsor and/ or Sqwad shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize the Prize. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if the Prize is unclaimed, the Prize will be forfeited. A forfeited Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
The gift card portion of the Prize is subject to additional cardholder terms and conditions imposed by issuer. No credit or cash will be returned or refunds issued if the full value of a gift card has not been used by its respective expiration date, if any. A gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen but Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, replace a lost, stolen or malfunctioning card. In no event will a gift card’s value exceed its stated value.
By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, Entrants further acknowledge and agree to the following Prize restrictions: Prize winner and their companion must follow all instructions of Sponsor relative to the Prize or any Prize and any element thereof. In the event the Prize winner or their travel companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part. In such event, prize Winner may also be required to reimburse the Sponsor for the ARV of the Prize.
Raiders NFL game tickets are to be taken on date specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Prize winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. The Prize winner is responsible for arranging travel to and from Allegiant Stadium at Prize winner’s sole expense. The Prize winner is subject to all Allegiant Stadium and Sponsor rules, procedures, and code of conduct when experiencing the Prize and Sponsor reserves the right to require all participants to complete and execute Sponsor’s standard indemnity/waiver agreement prior to participating in the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. No Prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but not the obligation) to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.
THE PRIZE IS AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION.
A Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Within seven (7) days of the Random Drawing, Sqwad will contact the Potential Winner via email on the account noted on the entry form in which they entered and won. If a Potential Winner fails to respond to the message within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the message is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the Potential Winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. A Potential Winner will be required to provide proof of their government identification to verify their age. A Potential Winner may be subject to a background check before the Prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Potential Winner based on the results of such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to any such individual might reflect negatively on the Sponsor.
Except where prohibited, the Potential Winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five (5) business days from the date when Sponsor’s initial verification email was sent, an affidavit eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (“Affidavit”) via email to the address specified in the Affidavit in order to claim their Prize. If a Potential Winner fails to complete, sign and return the applicable Affidavit within the required time period, or if the Affidavit is returned as undeliverable or incomplete, the Potential Winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Further, the Potential Winner may also be required to complete and file an IRS Form 1099 or W-9 with the Internal Revenue Service and/ or provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes if Sponsor is required to file an IRS Form 1099 or W-9 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of a Prize awarded and accepted.
In the case of a Prize that includes guests, the Potential Winner understands and agrees that, as a condition of participation in the Prize, guests may be required to sign and return a similar release of liability and a publicity release that grants Sponsor the same permissions for use of their names, likenesses and other information as set out in Section 11 below, and that refusal to sign those releases may result in guest being denied the ability to participate in the Prize.
In the event a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, or if a Prize is unclaimed, the Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion, may award the forfeited Prize to an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries from the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the secondary drawing, an alternate Potential Winner will be contacted via direct message in the same email address in which they won, by contacting the same email address affiliated with the winning entry. If the alternate Potential Winner fails to respond to the direct message within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the email notification is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the alternate Potential Winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor retains the right to repeat this process until an alternate Potential Winner complies with the verification of eligibility requirements. If, after a second good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a Prize, the Prize may not be re-awarded.
Raiders Football Club, LLC, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, The Raider Image, LLC, Raiders Foundation, NV, LVR Real Property, LLC, The Oakland Raiders, a California limited partnership, the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Raiders Entities”) and the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize for any reason. Prizes are not transferable and include only the items specifically listed as part of each Prize. Any portion of Prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Each Potential winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for any Prize won. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the Potential Winner’s responsibility.
7. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting any prize, all Entrants expressly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, and do hereby forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Raiders Entities, the Sweepstakes Entities, SNS Group, and/or any of their past and present partners, limited partners, owners, affiliates, members, managers, entity owners (and the current and former officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, limited partners, managers, affiliates, assigns and employees of any owners or entity owners), and each of their employees, agents, attorneys, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively "Released Parties"), for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description (collectively, "Claims"), known and unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Sweepstakes; these Official Rules (including the legality of these Official Rules or any portion hereof); Entrant's entry and/or eligibility in the Sweepstakes; the negligence of Raiders or any Raiders Related Party; any Prize (including without limitation the receipt, non-receipt, acceptance, rejection, possession, misuse or use of any Prize and any travel related to any prize); any purchase of tickets; any participation in the Sweepstakes; and any presence at or travel to any Sweepstakes-related or Prize-related venue (including without limitation any stadium or on the field or sideline thereof). Entrant represents and warrants that he or she owns and/or has the authority to release the Claims stated herein expressly waives Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides:
A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or released party.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail/text notifications or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to entrants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. Further, the Released Parties are not responsible for any undelivered text messages or e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of an entrant’s privacy or spam filter settings that may divert any winner notification or other Sweepstakes related e-mail to a spam or junk folder.
Without limiting anything in the foregoing and solely for purposes of clarity, each Entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, losses, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a Prize (or any component thereof), including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property; (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.
If Sponsor determines (in its sole and absolute discretion) that, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of Potential Winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of Potential Winners from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension without any further obligation provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted at the Website. You acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any damages caused by delay or failure to perform undertakings pursuant to these Official Rules when the delay or failure is due to such Force Majeure events, or other events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or provided against.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. DISPUTES, ARBITRATION, & CHOICE OF LAW.
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to the following: any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration before Private Trials in Clark County, Nevada. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with their entering this Sweepstakes, and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the right and obligation of Entrants and the Sponsor and Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to Nevada choice of law provisions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.
Entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that, in the event the Sweepstakes requires or permits submission of any content by Entrant, including but not limited to Entrant’s photograph, artwork, text or other content (“Content”), all such Content submitted by Entrant shall be deemed a ‘work made for hire’, as defined in the United States Copyright Act. Entrant agrees that Sponsor shall be the exclusive owner of such Content and all rights therein. Sponsor’s ownership includes without limitation the rights to: (i) exhibit, broadcast, use, reproduce, distribute, perform and license others to use all or any part of the Content; (ii) edit or modify the Content in any manner, or combine same with any other materials; and (iii) use and license third parties to use the Content and/or any portion thereof in any manner of exploitation and, in the case of (i), (ii) or (iii), in any digital, print or other medium whether now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity with no obligation of further consideration or of notice, review or approval.
10. PRIVACY POLICY AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS.
Personally identifiable information (“PII”) that is submitted by Entrant as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select and announce the winner. Entrant hereby waives any claims that Entrant may have or acquire against the Sponsor, the Raiders Entities, Credit One, and their designee(s) for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark violation, moral rights, right of publicity, rights of privacy, or false light arising out of or in connection with such use. Entrant agrees that this is a waiver of privacy rights and constitutes a valid consent to uses of any PII as may be required under applicable data protection laws. Any PII that You provide in participating in the Sweepstakes is subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor and Sqwad.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, Entrant also acknowledges they will be sharing their PII with Sponsor and Sqwad. In addition, Entrant agrees to Sponsor and Sqwad’s use of an Entrant's PII as described in their respective Privacy Policy. Please refer to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.raiders.com/footer/privacy-policy and Sqwad’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.sqwadhq.com/privacy-policy/ for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of PII. Sponsor and Sqwad are not responsible for disclosures made by any third party. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor and Sqwad permission to share their email address and any other PII with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, You grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, likeness, voice, statements, biographical information, testimonials, personal story, voice, address, and other identifying information for any and all commercial purposes of the Sponsor, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES, WHEN APPLICABLE THAT THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE READ AND CONSENT TO SPONSOR’S AND ADMINISTRATOR’S PRIVACY POLICY. PARTICIPANTS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT A PARTICIPANT’S PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification, and if such person is selected as a potential winner, revocation of his/her Prize. If it is discovered or suspected that a person has registered or attempted to register or receive entries using multiple telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, identities, IP addresses, or use of proxy servers or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any Prize that he/she might have been entitled to receive and such Prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same.
CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All entries and/or materials submitted will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes details contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
12. EXTENDED MEANINGS; CURRENCY.
Unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Official Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America.
13. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST.
A complete copy of these Official Rules can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the offices of SQWAD Sports Inc. or emailing a request to support@SQWADhq.com. To obtain a list of the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: Las Vegas Raiders Credit One Sweepstakes - Winners List Request, 1475 Raiders Way, Henderson, NV, 89052. Winners List requests must be received by April 1, 2028.
14. X, INSTAGRAM® AND TIKTOK® DISCLAIMER.
As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that X Corp., Instagram LLC, and Tik Tok Inc. as well as their owners directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “SNS Group”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the SNS Group. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the SNS Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
15. SEVERABILITY/WAIVER.
If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any Prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect.
