The Promotion begins on October 9, 2023 at 9a PT and ends on January 7, 2024 at 11:59p PT (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is administered by SQWAD and sponsored by Allegiant Air, LLC (“Allegiant”) and the Las Vegas Raiders (“Raiders”), together with Allegiant, (“Sponsors”).
How to Enter
Eight (8) “Entrants” have been selected by the Raiders Premium Service and Guest Experience department to submit a “Fan of the Year” video to be voted on by other fans for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Super Bowl and an Allegiant travel voucher.
How to Win
A “Voting Round” is defined as a Raiders home game and is further detailed below. During each Voting Round, a video featuring two (2) Entrants will be played in Allegiant Stadium and online at www.sqwadhq.com/rep-your-nation/ as further described below. During each Voting Round, fans will vote for their favorite video at www.sqwadhq.com/rep-your-nation/. The Entrant with the most votes during such Voting Round will move onto the next round. The Entrant who did not receive the most votes will be eliminated from the Promotion.
Voting Round 1 will have two (2) Entrants. Winner of Voting Round 1 will move on to Voting Round 5. Voting Round 2 will have two (2) Entrants. Winner of Voting Round 2 will move on to Voting Round 5. Voting Round 3 will have two (2) Entrants. Winner of Voting Round 3 will move on to Voting Round 6. Voting Round 4 will have two (2) Entrants. Winner of Voting Round 4 will move on to Voting Round 6. Winner of Voting Round 5 will move on to Voting Round 7. Winner of Voting Round 6 will move on to Voting Round 7. Winner of Voting Round 7 will win the Grand Prize and will be notified by e-mail by Monday, January 22, 2024.
Voting Rounds are as follows:
Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

Travel and accommodations are not included in the prize. Seat locations of the game are subject to Sponsors discretion. All state, federal, and local taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and any such additional items or expenses, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, lodging, transportation, meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, hotel resort fees, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of winner.
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value should any unforeseen circumstances occur. No prize substitutions or cash redemption will be made except Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of votes received during each Voting Round. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Allegiant travel vouchers are valid for one year from date of issuance. All booking and travel must take place within one year. Any amounts due over the value of the voucher are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any unused portion will be forfeited. Allegiant travel vouchers may only be redeemed at www.allegiant.com or by calling Sponsor’s reservation center. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. Sponsors will not be liable for additional costs or expenses due to any quarantine requirements, including the cost of changing any travel or hotel arrangements, which shall be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsors will not be responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight, event or hotel cancellation, delay, weather conditions or accommodation requests or any other circumstance beyond their control. Sponsors will not be responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. The winner is responsible (at his/her expense) for ensuring that he/she has a valid required travel documentation. Winner must comply with all airline, TSA and security requirements. Additional terms and conditions located at www.allegiantair.com apply to air travel. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsors. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is”, and you hereby acknowledge that Sponsors have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the prize. Winner must abide by all venue policies.
Additional Terms
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules in addition to state and federal law and promotion regulations. Proof of age, eligibility, and identity must be furnished upon request. Sponsors and SQWAD are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Promotion, and are not responsible for failures in technology such as, but not limited to: technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, email transmission errors, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, or misdirected entries. Sponsors and SQWAD reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion or the Promotion website. Caution: any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made.
Entrant Release
By entering the Promotion, entrants hereby acknowledge receipt of prizes awarded in the Promotion sponsored by Sponsors and in doing so, declare they meet Promotion eligibility requirements, and hereby agree as follows:
1. Release. Entrants hereby release, covenant not to sue, and discharge Raiders Football Club, LLC, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, The Raider Image, LLC, Raiders Foundation, The Oakland Raiders, a California limited partnership, the Las Vegas Stadium Authority, Allegiant Air, LLC and each of their and, their respective affiliates and the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (collectively, “Releasees”) from (a) any claim in respect of the conduct of the Promotion or the award of the prize, or in connection with the use of entrant’s name, photo, voice, likeness and biographical information by Releasees, including, but not limited to, claims for libel, false light, right of privacy and right of publicity, and (b) any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred for or due to taxes owed by a entrant, or due to any personal injury to a entrant or others, or damage to property owned by a entrant or others which injury or damage may arise in any connection with this Promotion, the prize awarded or its use, and any travel, accommodations, goods or services provided or not provided to the winner others whether such injury or damage is caused by the active or passive negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
2. Indemnity. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and each of them from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred for or due to taxes owed by an entrant, or due to any personal injury to, or damage to property owned by an entrant, members of an entrant’s household or family, the agents, employees, contractors, visitors and guests of any an entrant or the Releasees, and any other persons, which injury or damage may arise in connection with this Promotion, the prize awarded or its use, and any travel, accommodations, goods or services provided or not provided to the winner or others, whether such injury or damage is caused by the active or passive negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
3. Privacy. Any information collected by registering to enter the Promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules or as otherwise agreed to by entrant. Sponsors and SQWAD respects the privacy of all entrants and will not share any entrant information or email lists with any third parties unless required by law.
4. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant’s permission for the Sponsors and Releasees and their agencies and designees to use entrants' names, social media handles, photographs, videos, voices, images, and/or any other likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation or notice.
5. Valuation of Prize: I hereby acknowledge that the prices of products and services offered as Promotion prizes often fluctuate. I agree that the value stated in these Official Rules for the prize I have won reflects the reasonable, good faith estimate of SQWAD and Sponsors. I accept and agree to be bound by this valuation for all purposes relating to the Promotion, including the reporting of prize values to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). I further agree that I am not entitled to the difference between the estimated value of my prize and the actual price at which my prize may be advertised or sold in the open market at any given time. I will make no such claim against SQWAD or Sponsors.
6. Voluntary Agreement: BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS, INCLUDING THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION OF THE PARTIES NAMED HEREIN AND RELATED PERSONS AND COMPANIES. I HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS PROMOTION VOLUNTARILY AND NOT IN RELIANCE ON ANY PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE CONTAINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ITSELF.
7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, and Notice: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsors and Releasees in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada. By entering, entrants irrevocable consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the county of Clark, state of Nevada for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion. These Official Rules are protected by U.S. and International copyright laws. Reproduction and distribution of these Official Rules without written permission from the Sponsors is prohibited.
8. Severability & Conflicts: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials or made by any representative of Sponsors, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
9. Winners’ List: To receive a copy of the winners’ list for this Promotion send an email no later than January 31, 2024 to prizes@sqwadhq.com with the subject line: “SQWAD Rep Your Nation PRESENTED BY Allegiant Air Winners List”.
