From the Seattle Mariners to Ford, over 60 brands and teams trust SQWAD to engage fans. Our activations light up more than 80 sports venues across the globe.
We’re a fast-moving sports tech startup with big goals—and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / GTM to help us get there.
This isn’t just another marketing role. You’ll be working side-by-side with our CEO to build the engine that drives SQWAD’s growth.
You’ll run digital campaigns, own our HubSpot Marketing operations, and help create the content and programs that fuel our sales pipeline.

- Partner with the CEO: Work directly with SQWAD’s founder to plan and launch campaigns that drive awareness and leads.
- Own Campaigns: Build and execute digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media that get attention and fill the pipeline.
- Be Our HubSpot Guru: Manage workflows, landing pages, nurture sequences, and campaign reporting.
- Create Sales Fuel: Write case studies, one-pagers, and playbooks that help sales close deals.
- Move Fast: Time campaigns around sports’ biggest moments—kickoffs, playoffs, bowls—so SQWAD shows up when attention is highest.
- Prove It: Track results, share insights, and double down on what works.
- 1–2 years in B2B marketing (bonus if SaaS, sports, or sponsorship experience).
- Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub skills (automation, email, reporting).
- A strong understanding of lead generation + demand creation tactics.
- Copywriting chops + data-driven mindset.
- Startup energy: you like moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and seeing big results from your work.
- Experience in sponsorship, sports, or agency marketing.
- Light design chops (Sketch, Adobe, Figma).
- Familiarity with CRM/sales team alignment.
- Bonus tied directly to lead/pipeline performance.
