Salary: $60,000–$72,000/year Base Salary, depending on experience. $94,000 OTE.

We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can help us open more doors and start more conversations with teams, agencies, and brands across the country.
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel — building pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and helping book meetings that convert into revenue.
This role is for someone hungry, creative, and competitive — who loves the chase and wants to grow fast in B2B sales.
- Experience in sponsorship, sports, or agency marketing.
- Light design chops (Sketch, Adobe, Figma).
- Familiarity with CRM/sales team alignment.
- Competitive base + commission (uncapped earning potential).
